We offer a swift delivery timeframe of 2-5 working days. However, in case of unfavorable circumstances it may take longer than this. The customer shall be informed about every circumstance via mail or call from support team.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return within 7 days , customers are requested to provide a video and photo of the faulty item in its original packaging to mail IDs beneath to get exchange of product.
In case of refunds, it will be issued in the form of credit points, which will be applied to the customer's account and no cash settlement would happen.
